IQ Resource Group is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing operation in Rosemount, Minnesota!


Schedule:


Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule:

• 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
• Day Shift: 4:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM
• Night Shift Premium: Additional $1.30/hour

Pay: $20.00 an hour with Shift differential after 5:00pm!

Production Associates may work in different departments. The right candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team in a demanding industrial environment.


This position also offers opportunities for advancement, with many experienced operators and leadership team members beginning their careers in production.


Responsibilities:

• Safely handle and stack aluminum weighing approximately 28 pounds each.
• Perform quality inspections to verify products meet established standards.
• Operate forklifts and other plant equipment after completing required training.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and general plant operations.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
• Be prepared to work in different areas of the facility as production needs change.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to frequently lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold industrial environments.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required ; training will be provided.
