Innovations is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead business development and drive sales growth throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. This is an exciting opportunity for an established sales professional with strong connections within the local architecture and design (A&D) community and a proven ability to develop business across residential, luxury hospitality, and contract markets. The ideal candidate brings an established network of interior designers, architects, design firms, and key industry contacts, along with the initiative and strategic approach needed to expand relationships, uncover project opportunities, and grow market share. As a brand ambassador for Innovations, you will introduce our distinctive wallcovering collections to leading architecture and design (A&D) professionals, strengthen existing client relationships, and drive new business throughout your territory. Through strategic prospecting, compelling product presentations, and consistent follow-through, you will increase brand visibility, advance project specifications, and contribute directly to the growth of our business. Working collaboratively with our showroom and corporate support teams, you will deliver an exceptional client experience while independently managing your territory and achieving sales objectives. Experience & Qualifications - Proven Sales Performance: 5+ years of outside sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of business development, sales growth, and goal achievement. Established Industry Relationships: A strong network within the local A&D community, with the ability to leverage existing relationships and cultivate new opportunities. Territory Management: Experience managing a large geographic territory, prioritizing accounts, and balancing new business development with existing client growth. Planning & Execution: Exceptional time management, organization, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Sales Discipline: A consistent approach to prospecting, client appointments, pipeline management, CRM documentation, and timely project follow-up. Ownership & Accountability: A proactive, results-driven mindset with the business acumen to assess territory performance, identify opportunities, and take ownership of sales goals with minimal direction. What Success Looks Like You will take ownership of your territory by maintaining a productive client engagement schedule, developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and advancing project opportunities.
