Kitting Associate 2nd Shift

Baxter seeks a Kitting Associate for second shift manufacturing operations at its Skaneateles facility. The role involves assembling medical device kits, managing component inventory, and ensuring quality standards for life-saving healthcare products.
Responsibilities
- Assemble kits according to customer specifications and work instructions with accuracy verification
- Assemble LED components for medical assessment devices
- Inspect kit components for defects and maintain quality control compliance
- Monitor and replenish inventory levels, conducting regular audits for discrepancies
- Document assembly records, quality issues, and report process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in kitting, assembly, or inventory management, preferably medical devices
- Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures
