Property Accountant - Real Estate (Long-Term Contract)

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a Property Accountant for a long-term contract near Culver City. You will manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of properties, including CAM, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. The role supports month-end and year-end closes and prepares financial statements for reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least 2 years of CRE accounting experience, and strong MS Office skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
