Senior AccountantSuper successful privately owned Real Estate company in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Accountant. Candidate will be a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and a professional team player. Great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the real estate industry from seasoned professionals. Under the general supervision of two Controllers, with dotted line to the CFO, and to the Principal on an as needed basis, the Senior Accountant will assist with all accounting functions for the commercial, residential, agriculture properties, as well as construction accounting. The position is onsite every day in their beautiful Beverly Hills location.Requirements:Must have a bachelor degree in accounting2-3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or construction accountingJournal EntriesBank ReconciliationsGeneral LedgerStrong Excel skills and Yardi is a plusAd hoc projectsBenefits: Medical fully paid by employer, good work life balance, yearly performance based bonus, holidays, 15 days PTO and competitive compensation.
