Job Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Compare packing slips and shipping documents to purchase orders Accurately enter inventory and receiving information into company systems Organize and store incoming materials in designated locations Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material flow Keep receiving areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment. Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures. Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
