Job Description

Salary: $20-$29 DOE

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities & Duties

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
Document and report non-conformance issues.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
Prepare detailed inspection reports for management.
Adhere to company and industry quality standards.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train production staff on quality control procedures.
Perform root cause analysis on defective products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Quality Control Technician Qualifications & Skills

Certification in Quality Control or Assurance.
Experience with ISO standards.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience with Six Sigma methodology.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills.
