Associate Lecturer, Education (General Pool) Curry College, Milton, MA Type: Full-Time Salary: $3,735 per 3 credit course Category: Teacher Education; Reading and Literacy The Curry Undergraduate Education Department is seeking submissions to a general pool for a variety of part time, associate lecturer teaching positions. Applicants who have current or recent experience in educational settings are preferred. Teaching Responsibilities: Teaching courses such as The Teaching of Reading, Classroom Assessment and Data, Strategies for the Effective Educator, Fundamentals of Curriculum: Social Studies and Writing, MTEL Preparation/Intro to Writing, Introduction to Education. Teaching format: face-to-face during the day (8:30-4:30) or evenings (4:00-7:30). Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Education required. Strong history of teaching PreK to 12 or higher education. Ability to teach in a face-to-face format. Equivalent education and experience may be acceptable with demonstration of preparation for the position.
