Are you stuck where you are and looking for an opportunity for growth? We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and results-driven Event Team Lead. This position is responsible for helping build, develop, and lead a high-performing event marketing team that generates quality leads at events and creates a positive first impression of our company in the community

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, developing a team, setting clear expectations, and driving results. They will take ownership of event performance and help grow the department.

The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, accountable, organized, and motivated by the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the event department expands

What You'll Do

As our Events Team Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is executed with excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Event Specialists
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling for home shows, fairs, festivals, community events, and other lead generation opportunities
  • Lead by example at events and demonstrate the behaviors and execute the process expected from the team
  • Set Clear expectations for setup, performance, professionalism, attendance, and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular real-time coaching, training, and role-playing to improve the team’s ability to engage homeowners and generate qualified appointments
  • Establish clear goals for each event and communicate those goals to the team
  • Forecast goals for upcoming events and home shows
  • Record and reconcile event payroll and bonuses
  • Manage event budget and inventory
  Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture

• Experience in event planning, hospitality, customer experience, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
