CNC Machinist OpportunityJoin our client's team as a CNC Machinist, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-tolerance custom tooling components. Your expertise in setting up and operating CNC equipment will drive the success of their precision manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, adjust, and operate various CNC machine tools to machine complex parts to tight tolerances.Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.Review programs offline, perform metrology inspections, and troubleshoot issues.Monitor and run multiple machines to maximize utilization and efficiency.Collaborate effectively with minimal supervision while meeting production targets for quality, efficiency, and downtime.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (technical certificate preferred).3 years of experience in precision CNC machining, including mills and lathes.Ability to read blueprints and CNC G-Code (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls preferred).Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Availability to work off-shift schedules.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.Work Environment2nd and 3rd Shifts available.At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
