Hands-On Director of Talent Acquisition - Direct to CEO

Frontsteps

FRONTSTEPS is seeking its first Director of Talent Acquisition to partner directly with our CEO and build a world-class recruiting function. This is a hands-on role; you will source, screen, assess, and close talent from IC to VP level on-site in Denver. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build a robust talent bench, set hiring standards, manage offers and compensation, and drive metrics like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
