CHA is currently recruiting a full time Chief for our Urology Division. The incoming Chief will have both clinical and administrative responsibilities, develop a strategic plan for continued growth, oversee and mentor outstanding professional staff, and identify quality improvement initiatives. Multidisciplinary tumor board and cancer program in placeState-of-the-art technology including da Vinci DV5 and Xi Robotic Surgical Systems with reliable first assistance by robotically trained surgical PAs. Various laser and MIS techniques and transperineal biopsyOutpatient surgical procedure unit available Access to interventional radiology and state-of-the-art radiologic imaging.Multiple locations in Cambridge, Somerville and Everett, making it convenient for patients and providing a broad reach for urologists.State of the art Epic EMR systemClinical research/teaching opportunities with residents and medical students as a Harvard Medical School affiliate. This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities. The full time total compensation salary range is $520,000-$700,000.
