About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of education, wellness, youth development, and community-building. The successful candidate will be a thought leader and a best-in-class provider in these areas, with a proven track record of developing strong community relationships, increasing annual giving, and engaging the community to advance the organization's impact. This role requires a passionate and forward-thinking individual with a strong background in staff supervision, membership and program development, fiscal management, fundraising, and volunteer cultivation. The Executive Director will be responsible for day-to-day operations, establishing a culture of quality and service, and ensuring the organization meets its strategic goals and standards. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include representing and promoting the organization in the local community, managing a balanced operating budget, and developing high-quality member engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 12 years of directly relevant experience. They should have a strong attention to detail, a passionate commitment to the organization's mission, and the ability to lead a large team. Experience in business management, and a background in human services, social services, or a related field, is preferred. The role also involves effective board development, ensuring revenue growth through innovative programs, and maintaining a culture of risk management and safety.
