Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Craft, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that define specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to the client's needs.

• Engage in collaborative planning with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, client-centered care that addresses the full spectrum of mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary, utilizing effective risk assessment techniques to safeguard client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all record-keeping practices.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation sessions, and support groups that foster community and collective healing among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients of all ages facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
