Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of the patient’s mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

  Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support the mental health diagnosis, continually evaluating each patient’s progress and modifying care plans as necessary.

  Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment records and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies, leveraging advanced healthcare technology.

  Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment strategies that incorporate patient goals and guarantees the best outcomes.

  Coordinate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers, establishing strong working relationships to ensure seamless care continuity.

  Provide education and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing their professional growth within our community.

  Engage in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaborations under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, contributing to the development of team members through coaching and chart audits.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to support individuals and families diagnosed with cancer. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  Valid and active State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
