Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, identifying challenges and strengths that inform treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals, ensuring the active involvement of clients and their families in the treatment process.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to coordinate client care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, ensuring safety for students in acute distress or at risk of harm.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote social skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships among students.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
