About the Role
The Company is seeking a Digital Product Manager with a focus on Content Management Platforms and Automated Workflows. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for digital innovation, responsible for shaping the future of the product portfolio and driving digital transformation. This role involves leading the modernization of the content management platform, creating a successful content management system that supports the quantity, quality, and speed of content delivery, and ensuring that these experiences are foundational to the digital experience strategy. The Digital Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, customer experience, and business stakeholders, to outline requirements, assess solutions, and create a roadmap that modernizes the content platform. Key responsibilities for the role include developing a product strategy and vision, managing discovery efforts, and owning the product backlog. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience in product management or a relevant domain, with advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. They should be adept at leading product life cycle activities, from discovery to value management, and have a strong understanding of platform product management, including APIs, integrations, and operating model thinking. The role requires a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tight delivery timelines and risks. Preferred qualifications include experience in a highly matrixed organization, familiarity with content management systems, and experience in digital product launch and lifecycle management.
