Job Description
The Shipping Supervisor oversees all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of shipments. This role involves managing a team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with documentation and quality standards to support efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate shipment schedules and logistics to meet delivery deadlines
Supervise and support the shipping team to maintain productivity
Manage inventory control to ensure stock accuracy
Oversee documentation management for shipments and compliance
Implement quality assurance processes for shipping operations
Create and maintain daily and weekly shipping schedules

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics
