Senior JAVA developer with Generative AI

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17/21 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA
- Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture
- Strong understanding of GCP Cloud Platforms
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, and Compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and enhance Generative AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and knowledge management platforms.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services (Claude) into existing and new applications.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and enterprise security requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
