Are you an experienced machinist looking for a high-impact role with competitive pay and a great team culture? We are looking for a skilled Machine Specialist to join our 2nd shift production crew!

Shift & Compensation:

• Schedule: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Pay Range: $31.86 - $33.86/hour (based on experience) + $1.00/hour shift premium

What You'll Do:

• Perform proper set-ups and operates all machines according to provided work instructions.
• Inspects and guages parts per work instructions.
• Makes tool off-sets in CNC program as needed.
• Performs minor PM on equipment as required.
• Tracks and documents hourly production and set-up times as requried.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Repairs on fixtures and tooling.
• Unpacks, washes and repacks shipments as required.
• Includes tech cell and job shop assignments.
• Trains as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a machining or specialized technical environment.
• A mechanical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly.
• A collaborative attitude-you enjoy sharing knowledge and helping the team win.
