Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic – Luxemburg, WI Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to add to our client's growing team in Luxemburg, WI! The position is full‑time, direct hire and available for the 2nd shift (Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm–11:00 pm). Starting wage ranges from $26.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus a $1.25 second‑shift premium. Key responsibilities include: Performing preventative maintenance (lubricating, oil changes, cleaning, equipment checks, and adjustments) per company standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. Identifying maintenance needs and conducting corrective maintenance when issues arise. Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical machine issues, and performing machine testing. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of related maintenance mechanic experience, required. Electro‑mechanical experience is ideal, not required. Machine installation, repair, and preventative maintenance experience preferred. Blue‑printing skills required. Welding and fabrication experience a plus, not required.
