TCC's institutional accreditation is affirmed through 2027 by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.Position Summary:The Assistant Program Coordinator position will report to theAVPof Center for Workforce Solutions. Coordinator is to assist the Program Coordinator for Nursing and the Healthcare Program Coordinator with the planning, and coordination of training programs that prepare candidates to meet the workforce needs of local employers, particularly in the field of Nursing and Allied Health. Additionally, this position will help with the administrative task and day-to-day functioning of all Workforce Solutions healthcare related courses.Functional Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting with scheduling of all healthcare classes and inputting course information into the Workforce Enterprise System (WES).Work with the Enrollment team to make sure students are enrolled in the appropriate class.Maintain all grades for students completing training by inputting information intoWES.Responsible for overseeing the bookstore processing for students entering healthcare courses.Responsible for providing customer service and follow up to students that are interested in training programsSpecial Assignments - May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
