Lo que harás:

Preparar habitaciones, dormitorios y áreas comunes según los estándares de limpieza
Limpiar y desinfectar baños, incluyendo lavabos, inodoros y duchas
Barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos en todo el hostel
Realizar tareas de lavandería como lavar, doblar y reabastecer ropa de cama
Reemplazar sábanas, toallas y otros artículos según sea necesario
Mantener la limpieza de la cocina, incluyendo lavar platos y utensilios
Limpiar el polvo de muebles, accesorios y superficies en áreas comunes y habitaciones
Retirar basura y reciclaje diariamente
Reportar necesidades de mantenimiento o reparación
Ayudar a monitorear y reabastecer suministros de limpieza
Apoyar con tareas ligeras de mantenimiento cuando sea necesario

Lo que buscamos:

Experiencia previa en limpieza en hotel o hostel preferida (6+ meses)
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
Atención al detalle y buenas habilidades de organización del tiempo
Experiencia en servicio al cliente es una ventaja
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos

Requisitos físicos:

Este puesto requiere estar de pie y caminar con frecuencia, así como el uso de manos y brazos. Puede requerirse ocasionalmente subir o mantener el equilibrio. Se debe poder levantar y mover hasta 50 libras. El entorno de trabajo generalmente tiene un nivel de ruido moderado.

Se pueden realizar adaptaciones razonables para permitir que personas con discapacidades desempeñen las funciones esenciales del puesto.
