COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Hayward, CA. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric populations and patients with complex medical needs preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or per diem experience preferred.
• Competence with ADL retraining, therapeutic modalities, and adaptive equipment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
• May be expected to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
