Trauma Sales Representative - Buffalo, NY

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to manage a designated territory in the Buffalo area, providing on-site surgical support and driving sales for orthopedic trauma products. The role combines consultative selling, case coverage, inventory management, and clinical education within a field-based, on-call environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to achieve sales goals, business objectives, and market growth targets
• Provide on-site surgical case coverage ensuring product and instrument availability
• Educate surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals on product functionality and applications
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and instrument sets for scheduled and emergent cases
• Conduct customer visits and product evaluations to identify utilization opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
• Product presentation, demonstration, or technical training experience preferred
• Territory-based B2B sales account management experience preferred
• Clinical expertise and knowledge of orthopedic trauma procedures
