We are currently looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Adult Reconstructive Surgeon to become part of our team in Quincy, Illinois. Here’s what you can expect:

• Collaborative Team: Work alongside 5 orthopedic surgeons and a dynamic support staff specializing in Adult Reconstructive, Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, and Spine.
• Outpatient Focus: Primarily outpatient practice from Monday to Friday, with the option to take trauma call for additional stipend and income from cases.
• Convenient Location: Our practice is situated just 3 blocks from the hospital, with on-site rehabilitation, imaging, lab, pharmacy, and more.
• State-of-the-Art Facilities: Operate in a physician-designed outpatient surgery center owned and managed by our organization.
• Educational Opportunities: Engage with students and residents if you wish.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize Epic EHR for efficient patient management.

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $750,000 to $850,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $800,000 and $1,300,000.
