Growing together.The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals.Location: Riverwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188Primary Responsibilities:Greets visitors and patients in person, or communicates by telephone or video conferencing, upholding excellent customer serviceEnters and updates patient demographic and financial information, ensuring the patient is fully registered as early in the process as possibleObtains appropriate applications and forms, confirming signatures are on file. Photocopies/scans documents as neededProvides patients with financial responsibility information and collects patient liabilities, documents amount in the appropriate fields, and balances the cash box dailyWorks with partnering departments (Financial Counseling, Scheduling, Financial Clearance, and clinical areas) to ensure all aspects of the patient's encounter are completed as neededProvides wayfinding instructions and assists with hospital information as requestedCoordinates patient admission needs, bed assignments, and tracking boards where applicableMeets or exceeds audit accuracy standards. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
