Responsibilities Support the GM in managing restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling Lead by example and inspire the team with a positive attitude Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness Help create schedules that meet labor targets and business needs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems ServSafe certification a plus Why Layne’s?
