Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Skills and Attributes for SuccessThe Contractor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to:Ensure the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related toolsAdminister and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management toolsMonitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with vendors and developers to implement fixesMaintain security, backup, and redundancy strategiesAssist technical architecture design discussionsLiaise with vendors on behalf of OGC to address product issuesDevelop and provide training for the end-usersProvide general support, subject matter expertise and advice on the use of electronic discovery tools and applicationsReverse engineer and document the as-is architecture of existing legacy applications or systemsAnalyze capabilities, interview and collect business requirements and translate it into technical requirementsSupport the discovery application integration/migration activitiesContribute to the Knowledge Management databases by creating and improving technical knowledge articles to assist in future resolution of issuesHave legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRMAssist in the implementation of e-discovery tools (i.e. Relativity, Veritas eDP, or other review platform applications hosted in the cloud environment)Have the skills, knowledge and abilities to support backend infrastructure, data migrations, application installation, management and configurationHave the ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022Have the ability to operate, and manage cloud technologies to include Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, VMware, Azure servers, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateways and/or AWS EC2 servers, AWS Lambda and AWS API GatewaysHave the ability to operate and manage relational databases, MySQL and/or SQL Server 2012 or higherOur Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
