What You'll Be Doing
As the General Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. From managing day-to-day operations to ensuring our customers leave with a smile, this is a role where your leadership and organizational skills will shine. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high performance.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies for growth.
