This role provides direct lactation care to families while assisting with clinic administration, student preceptorship, and community outreach. The position advances the mission of N.C. A&T State University through high-quality, culturally responsive maternal and child health services. Our four academic departments are the Department of Agribusiness, Applied Economics and Agriscience Education; the Department of Animal Sciences; the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences; and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Design. Within these departments, students will find a myriad of opportunities for classroom learning, research and field work. Through our Agricultural Research Program and our Cooperative Extension Program, we are able to research issues of importance to North Carolina and also provide research‑based outreach training to citizens across the state and around the world. Remote / Hybrid Work Arrangement Hybrid (Employees are working part‑time in the office to perform job tasks that require on‑campus engagement, and the remaining time at home). This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. N.C. A&T employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a 2‑hour commuting distance of their assigned duty station. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in project management and grant writing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance requirements. Experience in educational program administration is preferred. Ability to adapt to changes and make swift decisions in response to emergency situations.
