Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate a deep understanding of each client’s mental health needs. This includes utilizing diagnostic tools and self-report measures to gather required information.

• Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s circumstances, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or person-centered therapy.

• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions focused on fostering therapeutic relationships, promoting personal growth, and achieving established goals agreed upon with clients.

• Monitor clients’ progress consistently and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that the therapeutic goals remain relevant and achievable as clients advance in their journeys.

• Maintain thorough documentation for each client session, providing accurate records that comply with ethical and legal standards while reflecting our commitment to high-quality care.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and peer supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with evolving practices in mental health care.

You will primarily work with adults seeking support for various concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base comes from different backgrounds, which requires a culturally competent and sensitive approach to therapy. You will help clients not only to manage their symptoms but also to build resilience and coping strategies for their journeys ahead.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
