Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish rapport.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Deliver regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide clients with the tools and coping strategies necessary to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.

• Stay informed on best practices and developments in the mental health field through ongoing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, providing services to individuals experiencing an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders (such as depression), substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our commitment to cultural competence ensures that you will be equipped to provide therapy that is sensitive and responsive to the clients' diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in both individual and group therapy.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
