Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on client scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to fit diverse client backgrounds and issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance understanding and community, helping clients connect with others facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and holistic care, particularly during intensive treatment phases or crises.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to help clients navigate acute mental health emergencies with sensitivity and urgency.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist, you will provide care that is sensitive to these differences while focusing on major mental health concerns common in outpatient settings. This includes working with clients battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance-related issues, among others.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
