As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care while supporting and leading the nursing team. You'll:

• Oversee patient care by directing and supervising LPNs, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNA team members
• Provide hands-on care through medication and treatment administration
• Monitor residents closely and recognize, respond to, and manage acute changes in condition
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment where residents feel valued and respected
• Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin (LPNs with experience will be considered!)
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to both give and receive direction
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
