Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice - $141 per hour in Dallas, TX

Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Dallas, TX Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: $141 per hour Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities The Staff Physician is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing both acute and chronic medical conditions for approximately 20 patients per day. Key duties include: Performing detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and psychosocial evaluations. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines. Providing healthcare services through both in-person and virtual (audio/video) encounters as necessary. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and screenings to guide clinical decision-making. Counseling patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and chronic disease management. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care. Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications & Credentialing Candidates must demonstrate patient-centered behavior and the ability to work effectively as an educator and resource for the community. The following requirements apply: Education: Completion of an ACGME or AMA-approved residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Licensure: An active and unrestricted Texas Medical License is required. Experience: Proven experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care. References: At least one professional reference from within the last 24 months. History: A clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred. Professional Skills: Must be able to determine objectives, set priorities, and meet target dates while adhering to Medical Staff Bylaws and Credentialing Policies.
