Terry W Jones – State Farm Agency, located in Nashville, TN, has an immediate opening for a full‑time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. This award‑winning agency focuses on meeting customer needs and creating success for the team. Requirements Active Property and Casualty insurance license. Ability to commute to our Nashville office (in‑office position). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Insurance sales experience – Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred. Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Self‑motivated. Ability to multitask. Effective customer‑relationship skills. Property & Casualty license. Life & Health license. Responsibilities Establish and follow up with customer relationships. Develop new service opportunities with existing and new clients. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate clients about insurance options. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Build ongoing networking relationships. Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day. Benefits Base salary plus commission/bonus.
