Step into an impactful contract role serving students from early childhood through high school in a vibrant educational community near Ypsilanti, MI. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting diverse learners. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, to February 5, 2027, and offers variety: you'll begin the school year with high school students through early November, then transition to working with early childhood groups for the remainder of your contract.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in speech and communication disorders
• Current, active SLP licensure in Michigan
• Experience working with both younger children and adolescents is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt communication methods and therapy plans to suit different age groups
• Strong collaboration skills to work with educational staff and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged early childhood through high school
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify needs and track progress
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Consult with families and educators to support student communication and social development
• Manage a varied caseload, adjusting seamlessly between age groups as the assignment progresses
