The primary focus of this role is to identify potential leads, initiate outbound calls, and generate new business opportunities. You will play a key role in growing our customer base by engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs and helping them build their comprehensive protection plan. Requirements Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Property and Casualty lines in the State of Washington within 60 days of hire. We will cover licensing expenses! Must be licensed or willing to obtain Life & Health lines in the State of Washington within 60 days of hire. We will cover licensing expenses! Must work well in a team setting but also be able to work independently. Must be self-motivated. Must have a genuine willingness to learn and grow. Must be able to multitask Must have strong attention to detail Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently, other languages are a plus! Must have or navigation computer systems.
