Life & Health Insurance Sales Representative (Start Immediately) — Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm (Federal Way & Auburn, WA) Benefits Health insurance 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance What You’ll Do Meet with existing policyholders to uncover life and health insurance needs Perform customer fact finding and gather information to understand goals, coverage gaps, and risk factors Recommend and sell appropriate life and health insurance products based on customer needs Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure coverage remains current and aligned with customer goals Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity Maintain organized follow-up and a strong customer/pipeline process What We’re Looking For You enjoy sales and building relationships Persistent, resilient, and coachable Strong communication skills and a consultative, customer-first mindset Organized with excellent follow‑up Insurance industry experience is a huge plus Licensing & Requirements WA licensing required prior to hire: Life & Health (and any additional required licensing you prefer to list, if applicable) Ability and willingness to complete any required training and onboarding for the role Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 Aggressive commission structure + performance bonuses + unlimited commissions 401(k) with 5% employer match Medical and dental coverage after 90 days Paid training + growth opportunities Location & Start Date In-office: Federal Way and Auburn, WA Start date: Immediate #J-18808-Ljbffr Brian Harris - State Farm Agent
