Insurance Sales Representative (Start Immediately)

Are you a confident, coachable closer who's not afraid to ask for the sale? If you want to build a real income in insurance-based on performance-Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Federal Way or Auburn, WA . This role is for someone who wants to start right away, compete, and grow fast with training and mentorship.

What You'll Do (Sales First)

• Convert qualified leads into written applications and policies
• Proactively present options for auto, home, life, and health and close with confidence
• Identify needs, recommend solutions, and ask for the business (every time it's appropriate)
• Follow up consistently and maintain a clean pipeline so deals don't get away
• Provide strong customer service that supports retention and referrals
• Participate in coaching to improve closing, objection-handling, and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• A proven comfort level with closing (or strong desire to become a top closer)
• Competitive drive and the confidence to win-consistently
• Motivated by commissions and hungry to make more money
• Coachable, persistent, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong communication skills and rapport-building ability
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience is a plus (training is available for the right closer)

Washington Licensing (Required Prior to Hire)

Must obtain/hold Washington licensing prior to hire for:

• Property & Casualty (P&C)
• Life & Health

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000-$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + performance bonuses (unlimited commissions)
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Medical and dental coverage after 90 days
• Paid training + career growth opportunities
