Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary client point of contact.
• Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Meet with existing and prospective client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and present V2Soft capabilities.
• Partner with recruiting, delivery, technical, HR, and accounting teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Ensure staffing needs are supported with timely, high-quality candidate submissions.
• Work with recruiting teams to prioritize open positions, review submissions, and provide client feedback.
• Coordinate client interviews and support candidates through the interview process.
• Monitor SLAs, account performance, forecasts, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding, purchase orders, renewals, employee retention, and issue escalations.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, opportunities, and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT sales/account management, preferably staffing or consulting.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with client managers, executives, and C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT technologies, staffing/recruiting, sales processes, and account growth.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, expand accounts, and generate revenue.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
