Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: Base compensation varies depending on experience. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
