We’re looking for a motivated and sales-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who is comfortable prospecting, making outbound calls, following up with leads, asking for referrals, and closing business.
???? Licensing Requirement
Applicants must currently hold the appropriate insurance license OR be willing and able to obtain the required license. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be committed to completing the licensing process within the required timeframe.
???? What You’ll Do
???? Generate new business through outbound calls, leads, referrals, prospecting, and marketing opportunities.
???? Build relationships with prospects and customers through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
???? Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
???? Prepare quotes, present options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
???? Cross-sell and multi-line customers by identifying additional insurance opportunities.
???? Consistently follow up with leads, quotes, and prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
⭐ Ask for referrals and continuously build your sales pipeline.
???? Meet and work to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and production goals.
???? Maintain accurate prospect records, follow-up activities, and sales tasks.
???? What We’re Looking For

• Must be insurance licensed OR willing to obtain the required license
• Sales-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Confident communicating and building relationships
• Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting
• Comfortable making recommendations and asking for the sale
• Persistent with lead and quote follow-up
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Coachable and willing to learn and improve
• Motivated by commission, bonuses, and performance goals
• Interested in building a long-term career in insurance

Previous sales experience is preferred. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate who is committed to becoming licensed and building a career in insurance sales.
