ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member. Insurance has always been a part of my life - I'm a second-generation State Farm agent, as my mother has been an agent for over 30 years. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and am passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.

Our agency is actively involved in the community through local sponsorships, including golf outings, youth sports, and outreach organizations. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance as we continue to grow our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Madison Riordan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
