Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.QualificationsEnthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space. Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media platforms for networking and lead generation. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.CompensationBase compensation varies depending on experience. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year.
