About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Digital Infrastructure and Operations to spearhead the next phase of enterprise technology growth and transformation. This executive will be responsible for defining and executing a multi-year infrastructure and operations strategy that is in line with the business's growth objectives. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling technology organizations, particularly in the context of significant growth and increasing complexity. The successful candidate will be tasked with evolving and optimizing an established cloud-first technology environment, driving AI-enabled automation, and ensuring that technology operations are always a step ahead of the business. Key responsibilities for the VP of Digital Infrastructure and Operations include scaling technology operations to support global expansion and future acquisitions, improving resilience, and disaster recovery, and optimizing cloud governance and operational efficiency. The ideal background for this role includes executive leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or IT operations, and a strong understanding of AI adoption and technology enablement. The role also requires the ability to build and develop high-performing global teams, as well as the executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership position with significant influence on how technology enables business expansion, global operations, and future innovation.
