Job Description

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing shifts, ensuring top-quality service, and supporting team members.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure team members follow company policies and food safety standards.
Assist in training new crew members.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee cash handling and register procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
