The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of actively managed multifamily investments, including development, lease-up, stabilized, and value-add strategies. This role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on driving property-level performance, executing business plans, and ensuring accountability around key operating metrics. The SVP will also be involved in meaningful investor reporting, strategy discussions, and property tours, and must be equally comfortable in financial modeling, investor meetings, and on-site property management.
