Substitute Food Service Assistant
Join our team as a Substitute Food Service Assistant - support our students! You'll play a vital role in providing students with nutritious and delicious meals in a safe, positive, and fast-paced school cafeteria environment. This flexible role is perfect for individuals with prior experience in food service or customer-facing positions, including parents, retirees, and college students. You'll enjoy a family-friendly schedule with no late nights, weekends, or holidays.
Requirements / Qualifications
Read this before submitting application: the following items must be attached to your application for it to be complete. Resume, one letter of recommendation (current with 2 years), must be able to read, write and speak English. Fingerprint and TB clearance will be required as conditions of employment. The filling of this position is contingent on board approval. Mandated Reporter Training required annually. Please note: the successful passage of a post offer-pre-employment strength and agility test is required for placement in this position, even if the applicant is presently employed by the District in another position.

Comments and Other Information
Please note: this is an on-call sub position. We may need to call you the morning of the assignment, but will do our best to call you with as much lead time as possible. Hours typically are 9am-2:30pm (give or take an hour before if needed for prepping).
